• You can exercise your right to access your personal information by submitting a request to us, which we will respond to within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • You have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You can do this by accessing your account on our website or by contacting us directly. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information if:
  • your personal information if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, subject to certain exceptions such as compliance with legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. This is also known as the right to be forgotten; or
