Dot’s a nervous wee thing but the booths here are her safe space. Bar staff just get it and were great with her.
Finally found a bar where my big boy isn’t squeezed into a corner. The terrace has plenty of space for larger dogs and the staff where amazing at sorting us out and checking if everything was good throughout the visit
Brought 2 dogs, 2 kids, and 1 exhausted husband here after a massive walk. Staff didn’t blinkand we were well looked after the entire time we were there
We’ve been coming here every week or so for for months and it’s become the highlight of our week. My cockapoo practically pulls me in and what I love most is how relaxed it feels. No one bats an eye if dogs greet each other or get a little excited. The terrace area is perfect and there’s always enough space, even when it’s busy. The staff really care and it's the little things that they all do that make it feel like a proper "local" for us that just so happens to be in the city centre!
Recently moved to Leith with our two terriers and worried about finding dog friendly spots. DogHouse Edinburgh set the bar impossibly high👍 The staff helped us navigate the busy Saturday crowd by securing a corner table and then brought treats to keep the pups occupied. Three visits in three weeks now… oops lol
